The Uses of PVC Steel Wire Pipes

PVC steel wire pipes combine PVC plastic pipes with a steel wire reinforcement layer, possessing characteristics such as pressure resistance (0.6-1.0 MPa), temperature resistance (-10℃ to 60℃), corrosion resistance, and high tensile strength (≥50 MPa). They are suitable for various fields: in building engineering, they are used for drainage and ventilation systems, where their corrosion resistance ensures long-term stability; in agricultural irrigation and drainage systems, their anti-aging properties are crucial; in municipal engineering, they are used for rainwater/sewage discharge to protect the urban environment; in the mining industry, their high pressure resistance (above 1.0 MPa) makes them suitable for mine drainage; in water conservancy projects, reservoir water conveyance requires resistance to burst pressure (≥1.5 times the working pressure); in automobile manufacturing, they are used for exhaust systems (short-term temperature resistance up to 120℃) and hydraulic pipelines; in power engineering, they are used as cable protection pipes (flame retardant rating V0); and in shipbuilding, they are suitable for marine environments (resistant to salt spray corrosion).
